To retrieve your parent's PIN in case you do not remember it you need to log in to SafeKiddo web panel.
In your web browser go to: https://my.safekiddo.com and log in using your email and password and click on "Account settings" menu option
Next, Click on "PIN" menu and then "Show" button.
Your PIN will show on the screen.
