It is a common that kids try to remove protection from their phones by simply uninstalling SafeKiddo application.

When this happens SafeKiddo protection stays on the phone.


Remove SafeKiddo from the phone completely

If you with to completely remove SafeKiddo protection from the phone you can do that on the parent's web panel at https://my.safekiddo.com.

  1. Log in with your login and password
  2. Click on your child's profile icon
  3. Go to "Devices" tab
  4. Click on the device icon you wish to remove SafeKiddo from
  5. Delete the device

Phone should remove SafeKiddo policies from it shortly. It usually takes 1-5 minutes until the process is complete.

Reinstall SafeKiddo on the phone
If you wish to reinstall SafeKiddo application on the phone you can do that on the parent's web panel at https://my.safekiddo.com.
  1. Log in with your login and password
  2. Click on your child's profile icon
  3. Go to "Safety" tab
  4. Go to "Applications" tab
  5. Enable access to application store and click "Save"


The app store will be enabled on the phone shortly and you will be able to install SafeKiddo back on the phone.
